“Sing joyfully to the Lord, sing to him a new song”

Our Savior’s Choir is a committed group of singers dedicated to share in the work of the Lord’s Spirit who draws us together into one grand choir of praise. Our music is well rehearsed, well prepared and sung with faith and confidence as we respond to our call to serve God and his people through the ministry of music.

The choir, under the direction of Jeannine Chapdelaine Rath, rehearses every Thursday evening from 7:00 to 9:00pm in the church. We sing approximately twice a month and alternate 8:00am and 10:45am Sunday services.

We are blessed to have as our repertoire a very rich selection of beautiful choral works by the great Masters of Sacred Music along with diverse contemporary choral pieces as well. The choir is well trained and the members take pride in singing prayerful messages with beautiful tone and gorgeous harmonies.

We invite you to come and hear us sing on Sundays. We also would like to invite you to join the choir and help share in our music ministry. We enjoy our rehearsal time together which not only provides an opportunity for musical growth but also our weekly camaraderie with plenty of room for jokes and laughter. You need not be a member of Our Savior Lutheran Church, to join the choir. A singing spirit, and joyful heart is always welcomed.

“I will praise you, O Lord, with all my heart; I will tell of all your wonders. I will be glad and rejoice in you; I will sing praise to your name, O Most High.” (Psalm 9)
